K16: Application for an Official Search (Bankruptcy Only)

Overview

Use this form to apply for an official search in the index to the registers kept pursuant to the Land Charges Act 1972 in respect of the named person for any subsisting entries of:

1. (i)  petitions in bankruptcy in the register of pending actions

2. (ii)  receiving orders in bankruptcy and bankruptcy orders in the register of writs and orders

3. (iii)  deeds of arrangement in the register of deeds of arrangement
