An Office Copy Entry, or Official Copy of Register of Title, is obtained from the Land Registry and states the definitive ownership of a property.


The title register includes:

  • the title number
  • who owns it
  • any rights of way
  • secured or discharged mortgages on the property
  • often the price paid by the current owners
